Brooke Boyce
Research Manager
Brooke is experienced in quantitative and qualitative research, analysis and content creation. She loves projects that deliver both commercial outcomes and inspiring experiences to consumers.
From 2011 to 2016, Brooke honed her analyst capabilities at AMP Capital Shopping Centres. She delivered and communicated key data, including strategic research findings, asset performance, and economic, industry and consumer trends.
During this time, Brooke worked on large-scale, innovative market research projects that involved placemaking assessments, exploring marketing, leasing and development opportunities, demography, in depth consumer spending insights, delving into qualitative online communities, uncovering the latest consumer trends, and evaluating shopping centre performance – from individual retailer sales, to customer service, and portfolio performance.
Brooke delivered these fundamental insights through reports and presentations to senior leadership teams, investors, and leading retailers, to achieve successful business outcomes.
Having previously worked in marketing and communications (2008 – 2010) for a financial institution, Brooke understands the importance of creating content as unique as its audience.
Brooke spent most of 2016 travelling overseas, getting lost in art galleries, museums, and architecture of city streets, before joining Patternmakers in November 2016.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Bond University and is a member of the AMSRS.
