Having first joined Patternmakers as Business Administrator, Jodie has recently stepped up as our Operations Manager, making the most of her extensive background in events management and business operations.

She launched her career on an international stage as an Events and Communications Manager with George P. Johnson and BCO in the UK. Back in Sydney she held similar roles with Ernst and Young, Hubb Financial Group and Ace Insurance Group. These positions honed her skills in large scale event logistics across Asia Pacific/Europe/USA, while growing her experience in strategic event marketing.

Back on home turf, Jodie focused on the finance sector while expanding her operations and marketing management skills. During this time, she became adept at strategic planning, optimising business operations, managing event marketing campaigns, as well as leading teams. 

Jodie’s presence behind the scenes ensures smooth operations of Patternmakers business, our client projects and our events. She is the rock in motion, forming a solid base for the creative genius of her colleagues and clients, while bringing together all the moving parts to ignite inspirational events.

When she’s not at work, Jodie hustles a busy brood of three, tries to keep up with their insatiable French language skills, and fills in the gaps with yoga.   

She holds a Bachelor of Hospitality Management from the University of Western Sydney, and an ASIC RG146 Tier 1 General Insurance Diploma.
